What phones are supported?

Qwoosh is currently available on the iPhone, iPod Touch as an app, and all other phones in the form of SMS coupons. We are rolling out Blackberry and Android apps shortly.

How do I get Qwoosh on my phone?

For iPhone and iPod Touch users, you can download Qwoosh from the iTunes App Store. For all others, SMS is built into your phone. So you are automatically Qwoosh-enabled!!

Where do the coupons come from?

Coupons are listed directly by businesses and third party data sources which have given us approval to distribute coupons. All of our offers are 100% legitimate and redeemable.

Will the cashier be confused if I try to show a coupon on my phone?

We work with merchants to ensure they are trained to redeem your coupons. Our goal is to make sure your experience is as smooth as possible. If you ever experience a problem redeeming one of our mobile coupons, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Is this a subscription service? Will I ever have to pay?

Qwoosh is always free for consumers excluding data charges charged by your mobile provider.

What kind of personal information do you collect?

As a location-based mobile service, Qwoosh may collect your phone number and the geographic location of your mobile device in order to display relevant offers. We are strongly committed to protecting your privacy, and Qwoosh was designed with privacy in mind.

Is there a way to print coupons online?

Yes, if you select our Twitter or Facebook web editions, coupons are printable.
